Scope of services

We provide KRA tax compliance services including registration, filing, advisory and representation — all subject to an engagement letter.

Fees

Fees are agreed in advance per engagement based on scope and complexity. Request a quote before we begin any work.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information. We rely on the data you provide to prepare filings.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the specific engagement we were contracted for. We are not liable for penalties arising from information you have not disclosed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
